It is the small moments, the colors, textures, changes and expressions that lend such diversity to my daily landscape. I like to keep my eye on the world, and record some its fleeting uniqueness.
life is a the collection of moments. here are some from my weekend related to textures and lighting. 1. tulips in afternoon sunlight. grandma's kitchen table. i love how delicate the petals are. 2. these little pieces of ice were hitch-hiking a ride on a larger island of ice as it floated down the river.
People that have made me smile recently, captured as their paths intersected mine: a colorful guy on the metro, my great-grandmother (102 years old!), and expressive Elina.
I have been slow in getting to know my new camera. I have a few shots, but nothing uploaded yet. In the meantime, here is a shot from the travel archives, October of last year at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Can you guess who they are?? (clicking on it makes it larger)
